1 Check-in and check-out.
1.1 Check in is agreed beforehand and the keys are given to you in the apartment. If your stay is longer than 2 nights we will pick you up from any point of arrival in Tallinn which is part of our welcome package.
1.2 Check out is 12:00 if not agreed otherwise.

2 Payment.
2.1 An advance payment of 30% is paid beforehand. The advance payment is refundable 100% if canceled 60 days before the check in date and is not refundable if canceled less than 60 days before check in date.  
2.2 The remainder 70% should be paid 20 days before check in.  
2.3 If deemed necessary by City Style Apartments LLC representative a damage deposit of 100EUR should be paid in cash on arrival. The damage deposit is fully refundable if there is no damage inflicted to the property 
2.4 We accept PayPal, bank transfers and cash payments. You can make a PayPal payment with one of the following cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

2.4 Apartment rental discounts.
- if your stay is more than 3 nights 5%
- if your stay is more than 7 nights 10% discount 
- if your stay is more than 14 nights 15% discount 
- if your stay is more than 25 nights 30% discount
- 10% discount for ISIC card holders
- a recommendation will give you an additional discount of 5% (for that purpose you have to mention his/her name and e-mail address when booking).
- returning guest gets 5% additional discount

3.Linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests. Fresh linen and towels are provided once a week if your stay is longer than a week.

4. Damage and loss.
4.1 You have to pay for any damage caused during your stay which is beyond normal wear and tear.
4.2 The loss of the keys or if you leave and take the keys with you would be deduced from the damage deposit by 100 EUR (because locks should be changed too). 
4.3 In case of damages the client will be added to international blacklist for other owners/companies to know.
