How can I get to the apartment?

Why are apartment rentals better than hotel rooms ?
Yes they are. Apartments are at least 4 times bigger than hotel rooms, have full kitchens, clients enjoy more privacy, homelike experience, better prices (especially when you stay longer and/or you are a family)
Is City Style Apartments socially responsible ?
We do our best. We support the Good Deed Foundation in Tallinn, Estonia.
Is smoking allowed in the apartments ?
NO, Smoking is not allowed! You can smoke on the balconies of CITY STUDIO, CITY LUX and CITY STYLE 3
What payment methods can I use to pay for my accommodation ?
We accept PayPal, Moneybookers, bank transfers and cash payments. You can make a PayPal payment with one of the following cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Moneybookers payment can be made with: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express ,JCB, DinersClub and depending on your country with some additional payment methods.
Do I need to pay a security deposit ?
If deemed necessary by City Style Apartments LLC representative a security deposit of 100EUR should be paid in cash on arrival. The damage deposit is fully refundable if there is no damage inflicted to the property
How do I secure a booking?
You have a booking either by providing your credit card details (when usind the Online booking option) or by paying 40% of the total cost in advance to our bank account or by PayPAL
Is it possible to do a late/ early check-in/check-out ?
YES it is, but it has to be agreed at least 48h in advance.
How is the transfer organised ?

Do you rent apartments for a longer period (few months) ?
Yes we do. Even if our apartments are booked we have a large network of partners which enables us to find quick solutions tailored to your needs.
Why it is better to rent from your company for medium-term (2-6 months) than from CITY24 or real estate agent ?
Because it saves you a lot of time and hassle and we provide you with only one bill while if you rent from the rental market in addition to the real estate company fee you have to pay the bills for: electricity, internet, services (weste,water, heating etc). In addition you will have to buy linen, towels, utensils etc.
Can I stay for FREE ?
No, but if you can offer us something of value we might consider a barter deal.
