Do I need to pay a security deposit ? If deemed necessary by City Style Apartments LLC representative a security deposit of 100EUR should be paid in cash on arrival. The damage deposit is fully refundable if there is no damage inflicted to the property
How do I secure a booking?
You have a booking either by providing your credit card details (when usind the Online booking option) or by paying 40% of the total cost in advance to our bank account or by PayPAL
Is it possible to do a late/ early check-in/check-out ?
YES it is, but it has to be agreed at least 48h in advance.

Why it is better to rent from your company for medium-term (2-6 months) than from CITY24 or real estate agent ?Because it saves you a lot of time and hassle and we provide you with only one bill while if you rent from the rental market in addition to the real estate company fee you have to pay the bills for: electricity, internet, services (weste,water, heating etc). In addition you will have to buy linen, towels, utensils etc.
