Property Description

The house is located only 7 km from Kuressaare and accommodates up to 10 people in 4 bedrooms (1st on the first floor and 3 on the 2nd floor) , perfect for families. The house was built in 2007.Digital television, DVD and CD player and WiFi access.

Property Details

The house has a uniquie design and is for those who appreciate peace and quiet. The house beteween juniper trees and is near to the forest. The house is a mere five minute drive from Kuressaare.

First floor:
Open living room with a fireplace, kitchen, bathroom, sauna with easy access to the terrace and one bedroom with two single beds. A lot of sunlight comes through the large windows. The dining room table sits 8 people.

The terrace is ideal for morning coffee. There is also an outdoor grill and comfortable chairs. Very safe for children as the house is far from the main roads and surrounded by juniper trees. There is also plenty of room for tents.

Second Floor:
There are three bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and a space with table, chairs and extra bed. One bedroom has a double bed, a crib and enormous windows. The other bedrooms have a double bed and two single beds respectively. There is also a couch that can sleep two people.

The house is heated by a wood burning stove and a heat pump which can be used for cooling too. Wood is provided but you must bring your own coal if you wish to use the outdoor grill. Bedsheets, towels, garbage bags are all provided. Feel free to use the laundry machine and ironing board/iron. Parking is available for up to 5 cars.

Cancellation Policy

An advance payment of 30% is paid during the booking process. The advance payment is refundable 90% if canceled 60 days before the check in date and is not refundable if canceled less than 60 days before check in date. The remainder 70% should be paid 29 days before check in.
 
Deposit Policy

If deemed necessary by City Style Apartments LLC representative a damage deposit of 100EUR should be paid in cash on arrival. The damage deposit is fully refundable if there is no damage inflicted to the property.
Damage and loss. You have to pay for any damage caused during your stay which is beyond normal wear and tear. The loss of the keys or if you leave and take the keys with you would be deduced from the damage deposit by 100 EUR (because locks should be changed too). In case of damages the client will be added to international blacklist for other owners/companies to know.
