How to make the booking ?

1. You can make the booking through our Rental Search box on our main page.
2. Through the Online Booking link by selecting the dates in the calendar .This is good option for booking multiple properties with one booking.
3. Through the booking calendar of each of the properties.

Group bookings have never been so easy  just go to GROUP BOOKINGS and there you will find thorough explanation.

How to pay and is it secure ?

You can pay with different credit cards through the most secure payment option PayPal (you don’t need to have a PayPal account ) or bank transfer (IBAN transfers ).  The payment details are shown in the last steps of the booking.

Our standard payment policy is 30% non-refundable payment during the booking and the rest 70%  is paid on arrival in cash or with a card. For very high demand periods we may require full payment 30 days before arrival (those periods can be found below )

What happens after I have paid, keys, remainder payment ?

For most of the apartments you will receive an instant confirmation to your e-mail after you have made the booking (For the apartments which are marked ON REQUEST we will check  the availability with our partners and then will confirm your booking.). The e-mails come from our booking system lodgix so if you haven’t received the confirmation please check your spam box. On the confirmation you will have the exact address the check in and check out times also  Arrival details and property information with apartment specific information about the where to get the keys from.Our standard terms are:
The remainder payment of 70 % depends on your arrival time and if you have ordered a transfer to the apartment here are the options:
A. You know your arrival details (flight nr, ferry arrival) and you have ordered a transfer to the
apartment (transfer costs 20 EUR ): then you will receive the keys with all the necessary instructions with your transfer to the apartment and you will need to pay the remainder the latest on your arrival date (PayPal or bank
transfer)

B. You don’t know your arrival time but it is during our office working times Monday to Friday from
9 to 17:30 you can receive the keys and the instructions from the Goodson & Red office located at Jõe nr 5,
Tallinn and pay there on your arrival.

C. Your arrival is at time when our office is closed or you don’t know the arrival time:
you will receive the keys at the nearest Post24.ee automatic post terminal to your apartment rental and you will need to pay the remainder the latest on your arrival date (PayPal or bank transfer) . You will need to provide a valid mobile phone number to use this option as the access code will be sent by SMS . Additional charge of 2 EUR applies

D. Meet and greet when our employee meets you at the apartment with the keys and all the
necessary instructions and shows the apartment. The price of this option is 35 EUR if the arrival
is from 9:00 to 21:00 and 60 EUR if the arrival is from 21:00 to 9:00

Free! Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
One child under 3 years is charged EUR 5 per person per night in a child’s cot/crib.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 15 per person per night in an extra bed.
The maximum number of extra beds/children’s cots permitted in a bedroom is 1.
Any type of extra bed or child’s cot/crib is upon request and needs to be booked from the Optional services during the booking or confirmed by management if the service is to be added later.
Supplements are calculated automatically in the total costs

Your flight arrives late at night ? No problem you can still check – in into your apartment just let us know which flight you are on and we would be expecting you!

Are towels and bed linen included ?

Yes bed linen and towels are included for all apartments and all tenants

 

Where are the apartment rentals located ?
To get the locations press on each apartment name to get the location on the map of Tallinn and the address is written on the first row of the description of the apartment.

I would like to know the exact address ?

The exact address with the floor number and the apartment number will be written on your booking confirmation after your booking is confirmed.

Estonian visa application

If you need to apply for Estonian visa you can use our automatic booking confirmations which are accepted in the Estonian embassy

Persons who need to apply for a visa to enter Estonia (Schengen territory) should consider that:

the passport must be valid at least three months after the expiration of the requested visa period
the passport must be issued within the previous 10 years
the passport must contain at least two blank pages
persons 15 years and older must possess their own travel document with photo
children 7 to 15 years of age, if entered into a parent’s passport, must have his/her photo in the parents’ passport. Children under the age of 7, if entered into a parent’s passport, need not have a photo in the parent’s passport. More information can be found from Estonia Ministry of Foreign affairs 

Deposit Policy

If deemed necessary by City Style Apartments LLC representative a damage deposit of 100 EUR should be paid in cash on arrival or credit card guarantee form to be submitted. The damage deposit is fully refundable if there is no damage inflicted to the property.
Damage and loss. You have to pay for any damage caused during your stay which is beyond normal wear and tear. The loss of the keys or if you leave and take the keys with you would be deduced from the damage deposit by 100 EUR or charged to your credit card (because locks should be changed too).  In case of damages the client will be added to international blacklist for other owners/companies to know.

How can I get to the apartment?
If you have ordered a transfer THE TRANSFER DETAILS ARE HERE so you do not have to worry how are you going to get there. Click HERE for detailed downloadable instructions in PDF . The address will be on your confirmation after you complete the booking.

In which loyalty programs do you participate and how to redeem the points ?

BalticMiles

BalticMiles is the largest multi-partner loyalty programme in the Baltic states. It was launched in October 2009. BalticMiles Points can be earned at over 19 650 places throughout the world.

Just insert your BalticMiles card number on the comment section at the end of the booking process and earn 5 Points for each EUR spent

 

Why are apartment rentals better than hotel rooms ?
Yes they are. Apartments are at least 4 times bigger than hotel rooms, have full kitchens, clients enjoy more privacy, homelike experience, better prices (especially when you stay longer and/or you are a family)

Our system will send you an automatic confirmation where you will have an “Arrival details ” section which will specify how you will get the keys (in most cases at the apartment or from a very close location to the apartment)

Few days before arrival you will receive a reminder e-mail with the phone number of your contact person who will be responsible for your well being  and a request to let us know your arrival time .

Do I need to pay a security deposit ?
If deemed necessary by a City Style Apartments LLC representative, a security deposit of 100EUR should be paid in cash on arrival. The damage deposit is fully refundable if there is no damage inflicted to the property.

How do I secure a booking?
You have a booking either by providing your credit card details (when using the Online Booking option) or by paying 30% of the total cost in advance to our bank account or by PayPal.

Is it possible to do a late/ early check-in/check-out ?
YES it is, but it has to be arranged at least 48h in advance.

How is the transfer organised ?

Can I organise a party in one of the apartments ?
NO

Are pets allowed in the apartment rentals ?
NO

Do you have cot(s) for children ?
YES we have cots and they are FREE! Please request cots before arrival.

Can you arrange a nanny for the evening(s) ?
YES; However, please make arrangements 24h in advance.

What kind of additional services can you provide ?

Do you rent apartments in Tallinn for a longer period (a few months) ?
Yes we do. Even if our apartments are booked, we have a large network of partners which enables us to find quick solutions tailored to your needs.

Why it is better to rent from your company for medium-term (2-6 months) than from CITY24 or real estate agent ?
Because it saves you a lot of time and hassle, and we provide you with only one bill, while if you rent from the rental market in addition to the real estate company fee you have to pay the bills for: electricity, internet, services (waste, water, heating etc).  In addition you will have to buy linens, towels, utensils, etc.
