Let me say that I enjoyed my time in Tallinn immensely and thought that the apartment on the Town Square was absolutely terrific. Your staff in the city was also first rate and went out of their way to be extremely helpful. I just can't say enough positive things about them.

If deemed necessary by Goodson & Red / City Style Apartments (RED Group PLC) representative a damage deposit minimum of 200 EUR should be paid in cash on arrival or credit card guarantee form to be submitted. The damage deposit is fully refundable if there is no damage inflicted to the property.
Damage and loss. You have to pay for any damage caused during your stay which is beyond normal wear and tear. The loss of the keys or if you leave and take the keys with you would be deduced from the damage deposit by 200 EUR (due to the cost of changing locks).
